In the heart of Provence, in Saint-Martin-de-Crau, Maison Leydier invites visitors to discover a family estate where nature, tradition, and expertise intertwine. For generations, the Leydier family has cultivated the land and perpetuated the art of producing authentic olive oil from their own olive groves.
During a stroll through the mill, visitors can learn about the different stages of olive processing, from fruit to oil. Self-guided or guided tours are offered throughout the year and conclude with a tasting of the olive oils and house specialties.
A gourmet and authentic stop to discover an iconic Provençal landmark. An on-site shop also offers the estate's olive oils and gourmet specialties. Guided tours of the mill and tasting workshops are also available to explore the estate's expertise and flavors.
