Welcome to this superb, fully renovated 300 m² Provençal house, located in Boulbon, a charming, typical village at the gateway to the Alpilles and the Camargue. Designed to accommodate up to 10 people, this holiday rental combines modern comfort, generous spaces, and a friendly atmosphere in a warm and authentic setting.

Enjoy a private, enclosed garden of 1400 m² and a large 280 m² terrace with a pergola, perfect for relaxing by the heated and secure swimming pool, or playing ping-pong and pétanque under the Provençal sun. A gas barbecue is also available for delicious al fresco meals.

The ground floor welcomes you with a large, bright living space including a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge with bar, foosball, darts, as well as a wellness area with spa and a gym.
A ground-floor bedroom is equipped for accessibility for people with reduced mobility, with its own private shower room and toilet.

Upstairs, 4 comfortable bedrooms each have their own bathroom with WC, to guarantee privacy and autonomy for everyone.

The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the centre of the village of Boulbon. With its small shops, its square, its village hall, its stadium, its children's playground and its summer events from the beginning of June, the end of August, mid-September which can cause some disturbances.
Boulbon hosts shows throughout the month of July as part of the Avignon Festival.

Ducted reversible air conditioning throughout the house. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Bed linens, towels, and pool towels provided. End-of-stay cleaning included. Baby equipment available. Pets welcome (1 dog max, pet waste removal and deposit required). Cats not allowed. Reinforced charging point for electric vehicles.
