In the heart of the Boulbon pine forest, a stone's throw from Frigolet Abbey, this detached house with private pool accommodates up to 10 people in a preserved natural setting of 1,2 hectares, surrounded by meadows where horses graze.
Explore the Montagnette trails and typical Provençal landscapes on foot or by bike, between pine forests, garrigue and remarkable panoramas.
Also take advantage of the proximity to Frigolet Abbey, the medieval village of Boulbon and the many iconic sites of the region, such as Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Arles or Avignon.

On the ground floor: large entrance hall serving the 2 parts of the house and the basement.
Kitchen with American-style refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner ceramic hob and extractor hood. Washing machine.
Living room with fireplace, sofa bed and bench.
2nd large living room on the other side of the house with lounge with flat screen TV, fireplace and 2nd dining area.
3 bedrooms on the ground floor:
- A bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) located off the main living area. Bathroom with bathtub and sink, separate WC, in the immediate vicinity of this bedroom.
- 2 adjoining bedrooms (with independent access from the outside), each with a private walk-in shower and washbasin. Separate WC also accessible from one of the 2 bedrooms.

Upstairs: one bedroom with 1 double bed 2x140cm and one bedroom with 190 double bed 1x2cm.
Bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink. Separate WC.

2 unenclosed south-facing terraces (24 m² and 54 m²) with garden furniture, overlooking the private garden and swimming pool.
Private swimming pool 10x5m, depth 1,6m, accessible from 01/05 to 30/09.
Ping-pong table and foosball table available.
A second refrigerator is available in an outbuilding.

Included: heating, bed linen, household and bathroom linen. End-of-stay cleaning available on request. Carport. 5G Wi-Fi.
6 reversible air conditioning units throughout the house (one in each bedroom and one in the living room).
