Villa Roman is an independent house located in a residential area near Montagnette, with a private terrace, sharing with the owners a wooded garden and a swimming pool at the foot of the rocks. The owners live in a house located below on the adjoining land. On the ground floor, the Villa is composed of:
- Living room with dining area that can accommodate 8 people and ornamental fireplace. Living room with convertible sofa and flat screen TV.
- Kitchen with 4-burner hob (3 gas and 1 electric), hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and second dining area for 4 to 6 people.
- 1st bedroom with 1 double bed 2x140cm, wardrobe, large mirrors, desk and valet.
- Bathroom with bathtub, sink, dressing table with mirror and bidet.
- Independent WC.
- Cellar with washing machine. On the 1st floor:
- A bedroom with a double bed 140 cm by 190 cm, desk with a lamp, library with children's books and wardrobe.
- Another bedroom with two sets of two bunk beds 90 x 190 cm, with the possibility of an additional 90 x 190 cm bed, wardrobe.
- Bathroom with hip bathtub, sink and WC.
Upstairs balcony with beautiful view. Private terrace of 20 m² shaded by a large hackberry tree and a manual awning with garden furniture. Shared garden of approximately 1000 m². Swimming pool (alarm) shared with the owner 3,5x6,5 at 10m, teacher. from 1.20 to 2,2m, accessible from June to October. Petanque.
Private parking on the closed property and in front of the gîte. Electric heating (billed on meter reading in winter season). Wifi (fiber), reversible air conditioning (one unit throughout the house), sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included. Fan available. For the more sporty, hikes possible from the gîte in Montagnette. Frigolet Abbey is nearby and the village of Barbentane has the main small shops.
